B> Main structure and scope of application

1. Anti-static: Since the LED is a statically slow component, if the anti-static measures are not taken when the LED strip is being repaired, the LED will be burnt out and cause waste. Therefore, it must be noted that the electric soldering iron must use an anti-static soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing a static ring and anti-static gloves, etc.).

2. Continue low temperature: The two main components of led strips are LED and FPC, neither of which can sustain low temperature resistance. If the FPC is continuing the low temperature or exceeding its acceptable measurement, it will crack the cover film of the FPC, and indirectly form the waste of the led strip. Similarly, the LED does not have the ability to withstand low temperatures continuously. If it has been working at low temperatures for a long time, its chips will be burned out at low temperatures. Therefore, the electric soldering iron used when repairing the led light belt must adopt the temperature-controlled electric soldering iron, and the measurement is limited to one degree, and it is forbidden to change and set at will. In addition, even so, you need to pay attention to whether the soldering iron has to stop working on the LED pin for more than 10 seconds during maintenance. If it exceeds a certain time, it is easy to burn the LED chip.

 

3. Short circuit: Many LED strips are not lit because there is a short circuit at the pin. The real reason for the lack of light should be investigated before maintenance. Otherwise, after rashly changing the LED that is not bright, the chip that forms the LED will be broken down by the short-circuit direct current when the power is recycled again. Because, before changing to a new LED, you must first find the real reason for the lack of light, and only by focusing on the target can you get twice the result with half the effort
